"My favorite things" 2009 calendar

It is more than just a calendar....it is a piece of art!.. small, colorful with gorgeous drawings. Each month is a delightful surprise. This was given to me for Christmas from my good friend Natacha. It brings a happy touch in the bus.
The french artist behind it is Gaelle Boissonnard. I just love everything about her work... the color combinations, the light she puts in it and the beautiful cloths that all her ladies are wearing. I wish I had the same ones! Merci, Natacha, for turning me on to her!

Sounds like a neat calendar. Happy Valentine's Day to all of you. Give Ben & Eva a big Valentine's hug for us.

Hello! I was just sitting outside at site G-14, enjoying lunch at our picnic table, when I saw your huge bus drive by. I noticed the blog address on the back, so thought I'd check your blog out - and if you're still here at Campland I'd love to meet you if you have a few minutes! We'll be at home (the 1973 Barth) tonight (heading into La Jolla for the afternoon/dinner) and tomorrow morning, but then the plan is to head to Palm Springs and tour some of the interior. I see you've already been - I'd love some tips on those areas if you have any! We have an 8 year old girl, 5 1/2 year old girl and 2 year old boy.

Thanks, I wish I would have come across you earlier, we were here for 10 days a week ago!

Cheers, Erica and Jamie (Canadians on the road for about a year.....for now! And dreaming of the day that they can travel around Europe in an rv a well!)

Hi Erica & Jamie,
I walked by your site tonight but didn't find you home. We are still in Campland on I16. We'll be around tomorrow morning until 11.30so you are more than welcome to stop by. We didn't spend much time at all in the Palm Spring area. We went there to visit friends. I've heard that Sam's family spa is the best campground to go to with children. They do not put chlorine in their hot spring and do welcome children.
Hope that we'll get the chance to meet you tomorrow or maybe tonight at the dance!
